The home offers over 3,200 sq. ft. of living space, designed for comfort and connection. It includes:

• Large Living Spaces: A huge living room, dining area, and a full professional kitchen built for entertaining.
• Dedicated Office Space: Work remotely with ease (and strong Wi-Fi!).
• Game Room: Features a ping pong table, board games, and seating for fun gatherings.
• Outdoor Living: A wrap-around porch, private backyard, charcoal barbecue grill, fire pit, and cornhole provide 14 acres of outdoor freedom.

Bedrooms (Sleeping for up to 10):

• Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
